Lot of 2 Chinese Porcelain Snuff Bottles, 19th Century
A group of 2 Chinese porcelain famille rose snuff bottles dating from the 19th century. One features a red dragon chasing a flaming pearl above waves and comes with a ceramic stopper with a spoon. The other snuff bottle is carved in high relief depicting a dragon on one side and a phoenix on the other with a 4-character mark on the bottom and a coral stopper with a spoon.
Dimensions: 3 1/2 inches tall X 1 1/4 inches wide; 8.9 cm tall X 3.2 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Minor age wear and chipping.
Provenance: From a private collection in New York City.
