Lot of 3: Assorted Bisque Head Dolls.

Lot consists of: The largest of the three is 12" (31cm), and is a closed mouth unmarked Tete Jumeau with an incised "3" on the back of the head and an oval paper label on the back torso reading "Bebe Jumeau Diplome D'Honneur". She has a closed mouth, brown paperweight eyes, well painted lashes, thick multi-stroke arched eyebrows, and pierced earlobes. The body is fully jointed with some wear and repaint on the lower arms and legs. The costume is green taffeta with gold threaded colored trim and a floral design. The wig is dark human hair with bangs, and she appears to have have only one shoe. Unfortunately, there is a bad damage to the left upper side of the forehead, where there is a large surface chip from which there comes a very faint hairline down the forehead to just between the two eyebrows; it is not visible when the wig is in place. There are then two African American bisque dolls, each about 9" tall, with fired in color. One is incised "SH" with a "PB" in a star, and "Hanna". She has sleep eyes, an open mouth with teeth, and is on a five piece body with toddler diagonal joints at the hips. The second doll is about the same height but of slenderer proportions, and is an open mouth girl with fixed eyes. The head only marked with an illegible fractional number and a "1". She is on a five piece child body. Both of these dolls have black mohair wigs and are costumed. Condition: (Good). Dimensions: Largest: 12" x 6" x 3".
