TIFFANY, LOUIS COMFORT. 1848-1933. An autograph note signed on blue "T" stationery, dated New York, Feb 28th. 5 1/4" x 4 5/8". The note reads: "Mr. Elliot T. Barrows, I am very respectfully Louis C. Tiffany." Possibly Elliot T. Barrows of the New York Produce Exchange, perhaps once associated with a Tiffany presentation piece. Condition: overall good; fold creases, a few spots of light staining at corners from tape remnants verso. Provenance: Private Collection; acquired from Stanley Gibbons, UK, 2008.
