Signed in pencil lower right: Louis Icart; Windmill embossed stamp lower left corner; Copyright annotation upper left corner: Copyright 1948 by L. Icart- Paris. CONDITION: In overall good condition was not examined out of the frame; visible discoloration to the mat from moisture exposure and around the image in the margin from improper storage. Would benefit from being re-framed. The colors have faded especially visible in the lamp.
