Louis Lot Silver Flutes Boehm System LOUIS LOT is one of the most important wind instrument makers of the 19th century. There are some signs of wear on the pads from use of the flute. Each mechanism of the flute works, they are in good condition, there are no pieces missing. Louis Lot and his partner Vincent Hyppolite Godfroy marketed Boehm's key flute in France in 1837, and ten years later the company bought the rights to manufacture Boehm's cylindrical flute itself in France in 1847.
