The Louis Moinet Spiroscope mechanical automatic watch highlights the oscillations of the balance wheel, visible through its added bridge, a modern version of the famous "balancing cocks" made by 19th century French watchmakers, which were attached with screws to decorate and protect the movement.
The SPIROSCOPE case is a unique creation by Louis Moinet. It combines pure elegance with the refinement of a hand-crafted dial that is opened to admire the heart of the movement. The round, pure and powerful case houses an exceptional mechanical automatic movement. The SPIROSCOPE is equipped with an exclusive mechanical automatic movement with a 360-degree shaped rotor and protected by a ruthenium-coated protective shield. It has a nickel-free case back and the original crown protection system (patent pending) .
The case back reveals an unexpected vision with the entirely original oscillating weight in the shape of the "Côtes du Jura"® motif. It winds in both directions and its oscillations are highlighted by an overlying shield bearing the Louis Moinet symbols.
