56% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay and 20% oak fermented. Disgorged in April 2008 and last tasted in December 2009. A nose of red fruit and cedar, with dried fruits and apples in the oven, as if you are making a Tarte Tatin! Warm and totally welcoming. A tremendous taste of apple pie. Depth and finesse, with the red fruit really imposing on the aftertaste, together with marzipan. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

56﹪黑皮諾,44%莎當妮,20%以橡木桶發酵。於2008年4月作最後步驟去除樽頸酵素物,上次於2009年12月品嚐,充滿紅果及雪松木香,加上乾果及蘋果,像在焗蘋果批一樣。溫暖誘人,入口帶出色的焗蘋果批味道,充滿深度,收結洋溢紅果氣息,還有杏仁蛋白糖味。施慧娜(葡萄酒大師M.W.)
