Louis XIII period wardrobe in walnut, gilt wood and marquetry, circa 1700. Piece of furniture from eastern Lyon of very, very high quality cabinetry. Opening in front by 2 carved leaves and adorned with a stylised star in marquetry. Upper part topped with a very large shell. Gilt bronze hinges. Double cornice. Round bun feet. Dimensions: h 230 × 190 × 65. Sculpted ornaments of later date.
