Louis XV Style, Arm / Bergere Chairs, Grey Painted Wood, Fabric, France Set of Four Arm Chairs, two earlier 1890s and two later in a fine upholstery. These chairs commissioned from a Greenwich CT gentleman have graced a fine home for many years. The older pair with pegged construction and bearing an indistinctive signature. Each chair has a distressed grey paint finished frame in the Louis XV Style with finely hand carved roses on the legs and curved top. A wonderful set of lounge or living room chairs. Can purchase all four of one pair. The older pair of chairs would be priced accordingly at a premium. Price is for the set.
