Louis XVI Pendulum clock, so called "Circle Tournant"

LOUIS XVI PENDULUM CLOCK, SO CALLED "CIRCLE TOURNANT", MADE OF WHITE MARBLE, ENAMEL AND GILT BRONZE.

Date: Around 1780.
Technique: White marble. Gilt bronze applications. Enamel. Glass cover.
Description: In the form of a round temple with four columns. Malabarine standing on a central
pedestal. Top with two horizontal dial-rings with Roman hours and Arabic minutes. Pendulum
movement with thread suspension and half hour chime on bell.
Measurement: Height 49cm.
