early 20th century, the trisected seat within a molded, rope-carved frame, the center section with a padded back and seat, separated by shaped sides, padded arms and a scrolling hand rest from the rounded and padded section to each side, the whole raised on fluted, tapering circular legs ending in peg feet.

Condition Report: There are some losses to the gesso ornamentation along the top of the back frame. Additional losses to the gesso along the curve of the shoulders. The frame is tight and sturdy. The fabric is clean with no stains.
