Louis XVI period and style table clock made of carved and polished alabaster and mecury-gilded bronze. Architectural base composed of plinth, four columns and frieze, on top of which is the sphere. White porcelain dial with enamelled Arabic numerals. Paris type machinery with engraved numbering, pendulum and key. Delicate decoration of floral garlands, lacework, acanthus and laurels. Tuft like a pigeon's nest. France, Ff. 18th century.
