Condition Report: The marble top with expected wear including two gauges, the larger approx. 4 1/2 in. long, scattered scratches, nicks, and discoloration, with chips to the edges. Replaced brasses. Bottom drawer missing lock. Age splits to the drawer bottoms. Scattered scuffs and nicks. Old repairs to splits on back. Evidence of old worming. Structurally sound.
