Oil on canvas portrait of a mother and children, attributed to "Lady Waterford" with signature preserved verso. Circa 19th century. Canvas measures 26 1/2" x 20", framed to 38" x 30 3/4". Framing label from "Grindley & Palmer, 75 Church Street, Liverpool." Painting has been relined. Some damage and repairs to original period frame.
