Large 19C Porcelain Royal Vienna Plaque or oval dish , platter . The platter hand painted , signed by the artist lower right and Titled with gold letters on the lower middle " Zeit Raubt Sh鰊heit " ( Time is about beauty ) . Marked withunderglazed blue Royal Vienna shield on underside and impressed numerals 98 / 1 . Also old Christie's label attached to the underside. The platter mounted in wooden box and framed with bronze oval rim and velvet background , framed ingilt wood frame . The verso of the frame with multiple Sotheby's and Christie's labels .
