Sculpture by Ludo Giels, signature engraved in wooden plinth. Ludo Giels (Oostham, 29 November 1931) is a Flemish sculptor and assembly artist. After studying painting and sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Berchem, Giels was introduced to the technique of assembly in 1968. He then developed his own style, in which all kinds of discarded utensils, such as waffle irons, bicycle parts and typewriters, are processed into human or animal figures. Not just once, bronze replicas were cast of this. Will be carefully packaged and shipped by insured mail with track and trace.
