Luigi Colani - Prototyp - Lounge chair, Table (2) - Gartenmöbel Kollektion

On offer here is a style icon of the last century. This group of tables consists of the long table and an armchair from the garden furniture series designed by Luigi Colani. The pieces on offer comes from private ownership and have been acquired and restored by us. The last owner worked in Colani's workshop while they were young and received these pieces from him. The two examples are from the pilot series before the furniture went into series production. The period of these truly special and rare individual pieces can be dated back to the mid to late 1960s. The table with the rectangular design was never taken over into a series production. This was only built in the square variant. Both pieces have been carefully sanded, repaired and painted in the original white colour. The restoration was done by experts. The table is approx. 156 cm long; 70 cm deep and 62 cm high. The chair measures 73 cm high, 42 cm deep on the seat and 73 cm wide.
