Kennedy. 1p, measuring 7" x 9", Washington, D.C., dated August 23, 1963. Signed "Lyndon" and addressed to William J. McManus. A hearty thank you letter for McManus' birthday wishes. There is staining from tape at the top and bottom edges of the letter. Uneven toning. With a flattened mail fold. Boldly signed.
