Marie Elsa Blanke, American, 1882-1961. An early 20th century oil on canvas genre scene, titled "Victorian Parlor". Depicts a grand parlor with Gilded mirror and valance with Victorian Period furnishings. Signed "Marie Blanke" lower right, paper label verso from "Chicago Galleries Association". Some surface grunge and minor craquelure. Image 29 1/2 x 33 3/4" high, in a turn of the century Gilded frame, 35 1/4 x 39 1/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $1,000-1,500
