Description: View of the southern city gate in Munich's old town, the Sendlinger Tor. A second city fortification was once built between 1285 and 1337 as part of the great expansion of the city by Ludwig the Bavarian, and the Sendlinger Tor was built as part of this. Some passers-by and automobiles can be seen entering or just leaving the old town.
