This is a a lidded sugar bowl and creamer with the "Raffaellesco Dragon" made in a small hillside town in Dertua, Italy. Deruta is one of the biggest producers of glazed Italian ceramics known as majolica, and they’ve been perfecting their craft since the early Middle Ages. Each are hand signed on bottom.
