M1833 FRENCH NAVY BOARDING CUTLASS SABRE SWORD

This is FRENCH 1841 DATED NAVAL / NAVY CUTLASS SWORD. Model from 1833. Sword is used but in good condition. Its length 37 inches or 94 cm. Length of blade 31,5 inches or 80 cm. Spine of the blade has an inscription: ".... 1841".The blade has an image of an anchor on both sides (see picture). Sword has a metal guard with mark: (see picture). Sword has original scabbard. Scabbard condition has a period repair but still very solid. Excellent
