As usual, this volume also includes ‘Relation du nouvel archipel septentrional’ by Jacob von Staehlin (1709-1785) and ‘Récit des Aventures singulières de quatre voyageurs Russes’ by P. L. Le Roy (1699-1774), appended to Macaulay’s text.
3 parts in one volume, 12mo (164 x 95mm). Contemporary mottled half calf, spine gilt, decorative endpapers (extremities faintly rubbed). Provenance: Fürstlich-Starhemberg, Schloss Eferding (ink stamp) – faded pencil shelfmark.
