MADELINE CRETELLA SCULPTURE

Vintage Madeline Cretella (b. 1929) Original Sculpture "Mother & Child". Bronzed Plaster Sculpture with Mother breast feeding. The sculpture is from a 1985 exhibition at Long Island's Snug Harbors Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art and is pictured in the Exhibition Catalog, also included. The Sculpture measures 7"x7"x9 1/2". Black painted Wood base 7 1/2"x7 3/4"x1 1/2". The sculpture is not attached to the base any longer. Weight on all 7 pds 8 oz. PROVENANCE: A NYC/Charleston SC Private Estate.
