[MALTA]. Notizie riguardanti l'ultimo ruolo della veneranda Lingua d'Italia per il primo maggio 1792. Malta: Giovanni Mallia, 1792.
scarceMaltese edition (only one copy appears to be recorded, in the Library of the Order in Rome), printed by the press of the Magisterial Palace, containing the roll of the Venerable Langue of Italy and listing the knights originating from the Italian states. Published on the occasion of the annual renewal of offices, the volume is an important source for reconstructing the composition of the Langue of Italy on the eve of the fall of the Order in 1798, documenting its knights, dignitaries and the administrative organisation of one of the principal bodies of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem.

4to (c. 240 × 175 mm). 15 pages. Printer's device on title-page. Bound as issued, but without covers. (1)
