Margaret De Patta (American 1903-1961). Sterling production brooch, circa 1950. Of triangular form with incised and patinated vertical lines. Having a bar pin assembly. Stamped 'de patta Sterling' with a hallmark en verso.

Note: De Patta's work is currently part of the collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Metropolitan Museum, the Museum of Arts & Design, New York, and the Oakland Museum.
