CONDITION
Observed in frame, the painting appears in very good condition. With no apparent issues visible to the naked eye, no significant issues to report otherwise. The artist painted frame is in age-appropriate condition. The top edge glass insert has separate from the wood frame. The wood frame with visible cracks and splintering along the perimeter, all consistent with age. Not inspected under UV.
