It is also titled in pencil “Constantinople” at the lower left sheet edge.
It from the second composition (2eme planche) printed in 1907.
Note: The subject “Constantinople” was rendered in two separate etchings by Marie Laurencin. In the first plate (1ere planche) the jewel encrusted brocade of the saint’s cloak contains a different number of ornaments. In (2eme planche) the simpler styling of the jewels gives a softer composition.
