Additional Information: This etching is hand signed in pencil by the artist "Marie Laurencin" at the lower left.
It is also titled in pencil “Constantinople” at the lower left sheet edge.
It from the second composition (2eme planche) printed in 1907.

Note: The subject “Constantinople” was rendered in two separate etchings by Marie Laurencin. In the first plate (1ere planche) the jewel encrusted brocade of the saint’s cloak contains a different number of ornaments. In (2eme planche) the simpler styling of the jewels gives a softer composition.
