MARTINI HENRY PRISON-POLICE SMOOTHBORE RIFLE

SERIAL NUMBER P6441 BARREL 33" CALIBER 577/450 MK1 BUCKSHOT CARTRIDGE. MANUFACTURED 1870'S. Converted from Enfield rifles to Prison and Police guns used world wide and designed to fire the Martini MK1 Buckshot load. Original rifle sight was removed and replaced with a slotted fixed sight. All earlier markings were removed at time of conversion. CONDITION, Good with excellent smoothbore and proper operating action. Stocks are fair with bruises and impression and a crack at wrist.
