Mary Lou Higgins (American/North Carolina 1926-2012), "A Very Important Time" mixed media art case clock, 1989, having a glazed ceramic bust surmounting a stepped rectangular painted wooden case with inswept feet, set at center front with a round clock dial, the dial and the case painted in the same geometric forms and colors, the case mounted on both sides with glazed masks, signed, dated, and titled to the underside, signed and dated to the back of the case.
