RUE DE VILLAGE
signé Vlaminck (en bas à droite)
huile sur toile
Peint en 1912.
72 x 90 cm; 28⅜ x 35⅜ in.
L’œuvre fera l’objet d’une inclusion dans les "Archives Vlaminck" constituées à l’initiative de Madame Godeliève de Vlaminck, en collaboration avec Madame Pascale Krausz.
Condition Report:
It has not been possible to examine the work out of its frame. The canvas is not lined. There is a milky varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating. However examination under UV light appears to reveal a few cosmetic dots of retouching towards the centre of the left edge. There is some frame rubbing associated with small paint losses along the extreme edges. There is a flyspot to the lower left corner. This work is in overall very good condition.
