SERIAL NUMBER 856776 BARREL 5" CALIBER 7.63 MAUSER / .30 MAUSER MANUFACTURED 1932. Produced in Germany for commercial market with blue finish and grooved wooden grips with brass escucteons. Crown "U" proofed with Mauser banner on left side of receiver. Serial number 856776 on left octagon chamber flat. Marked on right side of receiver " WAFFENFABRICK MAUSER OBERNDORF A NECKAR D.R.P.U.A.P. " Short extractor with 1000 meter rear sight and chamber top marked "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER OBERNDORF FA/N" High polish blue with all matching numbers with bolt, trigger and sight button being nickel finish. Grips are varnished wood with 12 grooves and no serial numbers. Comes with contemporary after marked shoulder stock with iron that fits and locks, With light brown and dark brown Jock strap pattern stock holsters with wiping rod. Additionally is accompanied by contemporary Argentine oiled leather holster with white stitching. and shoulder strap. CONDITION, Very fine as professionally restored with excellent bore and properly operating action, Grips are excellent and are possibly contemporary. Stock and all holsters are very fine and of recent manufacture. A wonderful rig in very shootable condition that is a stunning restoration. C&R
