Kennedy, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, Gerald R. Ford, and Richard M. Nixon (21) and (4) metal decorations such as an eagle used to form impressions in similar silicone molds. The molds and chocolate decorations were created for President Bill Clinton, shortly after his inauguration in January 1997 - h:0.75 w:12.75 in.
