Continental, mid-19th century. Polychrome decorated footed porcelain hunt cup, having the heads of a dog, stag, fox, and boar in relief. Impressed "1679"and decorator's mark to the underside. Approx. 4.5", dia. 4.75" (foot).
Condition Report: Small area of loss to dog's head with firing crack to interior; firing and glaze imperfections; no apparent chips or restorations when examined under ultraviolet light.
