MID- 19TH CENTURY GOLD AND GARNET MESH BRACELET. Beautiful 18K yellow gold (unmarked) bracelet, c. 1860. Worn hallmarks on clasp, probably French. Bracelet with center octagonal gold tablet, intricately engraved, featuring one oval cabochon garnet (approx. 11.2mm x 12.7mm), small baroque pearl on each side. Integrated mesh bracelet measures approx. 4.8mm wide, total length approx. 6.65". Completed with engraved clasp and safety chain (safety chain is a later addition). Weight approx. 16gr.
