Stanley Morse, the sleaziest publisher of the pre-Code era, tries to appease the increasingly strident critics of horror comics with the most insipid cover ever to (dis)grace a Morse mag. Morse was clearly planning his exit strategy by this time: the full contents of this mag are reprints from previous issues, and the print run and/or distribution appears to have been low.
