Beautiful vintage Champagne cooler, made for the Moët et Chandon house, in Epernay.

This cooler is provided with embossed grape bunches/vines all around and also with the engraved text:
"MOËT & CHANDON Fondé en 1743".
Both sides are identically engraved, sides equipped with rings that serve as handles.

The bottom has stamps placed by the manufacturer: "M. O. D. Meaux ARGIT Made in France. "
M. O. D. is Metaux Ouvres et Decores, originally a manufacturer of furniture fittings in Meaux since 1926.
After trying to diversify production, she manufactured silverware and bought the ARGIT brand, the well-known manufacturer of silver Champagne coolers.

Cooler has experience, which means very light signs of use and a beautiful patina.
Made completely pure, so it can be used again immediately.

Very popular among collectors.
