No. 1K red ripple patterned hard rubber safety fountain pen, inset white captop star, no cap band, no barrel imprint, "MONT BLANC" cap imprint. Signed Montblanc white metal accommodation clip. 131 mm. No. 1 14K gold heart-vent Simplo nib, quite springy and flexible. Very fine condition, red ripple hard rubber bright and clean, light scuffs to cap, captop star poorly repainted, brassing to clip. A rare and lovely pen despite amateur restoration to captop star, few known to survive.
