MUSKY SIZE RHODES PERFECT CASTING MINNOW 6 - 1/2"
Featuring a vibrant hand-painted finish of yellow sides, red belly, and a light green back with dark green scales, it has unique, rigid through-wire rigging, similar to how Shakespeare Revolutions fit the forward part of the shaft into one end of a box swivel for the line tie. On most other examples, you will find either a screw eye or a formed wire line tie. At the back end, you’ll find a pre-patent bowtie prop with a signature external belly weight hanging underneath. One of the most interesting features of this extremely rare bait is the pair of diving planes mounted up front on either side of its head. The standard size Perfect Casting Minnow is 4” long, and this one dwarfs the standard size, coming in at a full 6 - 1/2” long. Condition is Excellent on this much sought-after 1903 bait.
