Story is known for shamelessly ripping off EC stories, but occasionally the publisher would swipe from somebody else — in this case, they pilfered Ajax-Farrell's nauseating classic of medical malpractice, "Fatal Scalpel" (see Haunted Thrills #5 in this sale).

"'Blind Fury', by an artist I've never heard of named Doyle Cohen, is about an alcoholic surgeon who butchers an operation on a friend who is also a physician. The patient loses his sight and commits suicide as a result. However, he returns from the dead just in time to perform work of similar quality on his drunken colleague....
