Condition Report: Top surface exhibits assorted wear and thin scratches most visible in hard light, with small areas of wear to finish. Right side of cabinet shows larger areas of discoloration along back edge. Left door shows a short scratch to lower left corner measuring one inch in length. Minor wear to interior of cabinet in keeping with normal use. Castors function smoothly in use. Good condition.
