The sherry seasoned oak casks delivers a single malt characterised by the mature oak, ginger and raisin flavours. Whisky maker's notes: Colour: Light mahogany. Aroma: Dried fruits and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Palate: Soft and rich, with hints of spice, clove, orange and toasted mature oak.
