Macallan 1990 Gulf Buccaneer 18 Year Old A extremely rare single cask, 18 year old Macallan. Bottled by Douglas Laing for the Squadron Malts. It may be hard to imagine today, but for much of the 20th century, Macallan was primarily a constituent malt in blends. It was not until the 1980s downturn in the market that the distillery decided to focus on its single malt brand. Distilled in April 1990 and bottled from cask #25982 in June 2008.
