One of 285 bottles. Cask no. 9457, Sherry Hogshead. Good labelling. Level: top shoulder. "...Mouth (neat): punchy, curiously bourbonny but quite brilliant. Big oak (we're near a decoction here) but everything's under control. Liquorice, prunes, orange liqueur, bitter chocolate... Quite a beast. With water: there, we're closer to the older Macallans that I liked so much" (4 Stars-Whiskyfun)
