Polly Logan, a Macallan whisky maker, has traveled to Spain on a deep flavor tour to discover a whole new world of cocoa. Logan describes fine cacao macellan as “the best combination of sherry barrel whisky and chocolate. ” It was matured in specially selected European sherry barrels and American white oak sherry barrels that imparted rich aromas of dried fruits, sweet honey, melting chocolate, and subtle oak.
