Illustrator of John Steinbeck and Edgar Rice Burroughs by day, arch-bohemian artist Mahlon Blaine moonlighted as a pornographer. Continuing the decadent tradition of Aubrey Beardsley, this privately printed suite of erotic and grotesque etchings was produced in 1929. Lacking original drawing that was originally included with the portfolio.
Condition Report: Portfolio edgeworn with some scuffs and stains; a few marginal stains to plates, leaves a bit toned.
