1867 (22 Nov) cover from Singapore to Switzerland, â Rikliâ correspondence, endorsed â Per P&O; Str Via Marseillesâ and franked by 8c on 2a yellow strip of three and a pair, all pre-cancelled by light firm's chop and clearly tied by â B-172â octagons, the face additionally showing unframed â PDâ h/s with â SINGAPORE / P.O.â despatch and various transit and arrival datestamps on reverse.
