1869 (27 Aug) entire from Saigon to Mauritius, via Singapore, endorsed â per Engl. Mailâ , franked at 24c by 1867 (1 Sep) 4c on 1a brown (2) and 8c on 2a yellow (2), tied by two strikes of Singapore â D14â duplex and additionally tied by Singapore firm's chop, showing Saigon firm's chop at lower left and Mauritius â 1d / TO PAYâ h/s alongside, backstamped at Aden (OC 8) and Mauritius (OC 29); a beautiful and very rare franking of exhibition quality.
