Oil on canvas portrait of a young woman dressed in a rich crimson velvet gown with lace collar and floral brooch, shown holding a silver compote filled with grapes and peaches. The sitter is presented against a dark ground, with detailed attention to fabric, jewelry, and accessories, typical of late 19th-century Central European portraiture. A brass plaque on the frame inscribed “Malí? Knobloch, Prodané v ?áslavy, Roku 1880 z Prahy” identifies the artist and origin. Housed in a period wood and gesso frame with foliate ornament.
