An unsigned, early 20th century oil on canvas painting of a woman doing laundry on a New York city rooftop. Attributed to Sarah Pace Carothers (1910 - 1993) Baltimore, Maryland. Carothers, AKA Sarah Rhode is listed in "Who Was Who in American Art." Canvas measures 10" x 14", framed to 16" x 20". Good condition. One repair at top edge. Some loss scuffs with minor loss.
